Project Manager & Senior Cost Estimator | pmedley@cmaia.comPaul Medley, AIA joined Clark Mente Architects, Inc. officially in March 2009, but has been working with the firm in several capacities since the Austin Federal Credit Union project, completed in 2003. Paul has over 30 years of experience in the field of architecture including both national and international project management experience.
Paul brings us expertise in all aspects of building design, cost estimating, and construction and project management. Before joining our team, he served as a consultant for A/E firms, municipal governments and major corporations, both nationally and internationally. Paul was the US representative in several joint venture projects with both Japanese and Korean firms for several large projects including: the new Seoul, Korea airport; a new airport passenger terminal facility for the Kansai International Airport in Osaka, Japan; and, an urban redevelopment project in Kyoto, Japan involving a rail terminal, department store, 525-room hotel, museum, theatre and shopping arcades. In the US, Paul has worked extensively with the Marriott Corporation and local Austin firms as well as the City of Austin's Public Works department.
