Clark Mente Architects, Inc. is a small firm experienced in both large and small projects. We stay small, keep our overhead low and control our workload so that we can concentrate on exploring creative solutions for a variety of projects. We are flexible and can work at a pace that is comfortable for our Clients.

Our work has included both design-bid-build and design-build projects. When appropriate, we have provided abbreviated drawing sets customized to meet a particular contractor's reuirements, such as in small renovation and tenant finish out projects. We tailor our work to what our Clients need, and our design process is closely communicated with our Clients in all stages of their projects.

We are experienced in developing project programs whether we are working for a Credit Union or a Child Development Center. We have helped Clients research prospective sites and developed quick feasibility studies for this purpose. Recently, we completed a package of mixed-use options for a particular site that had very tight impervious cover constraints.

Our residential experience has involved a more typical design approach but with greater focus and availability to the Owner during the construction process. We have successfully worked with Clients who build or act as their own Contractors. We work hard to maintain an excellent level of service for all of our Clients and welcome opportunities for creative approaches throughout the design and construction process.
